Lead Service Line Initial Inventory

October 23, 2024

Our lead service line inventory may be found in the links below. We have not found any lead service lines in our system. All lines on our side of the meter are plastic, but new regulations require that we treat unknown customer lines as potential lead or galvanized requiring replacement until we confirm material composition. You can find your service line in the attached spreadsheet by searching the "Unique Service Line ID" column. Your Unique Service Line ID may be found on your bill. It is an alpha numeric identifier to the right of the word "Location" just above the usage graph. Call our office if you need assistance.

We are FOR Prop 4

November 01, 2025

Dear Members,

On Tuesday Texans will have the opportunity to vote on several statewide propositions, including Proposition 4, which addresses long-term water infrastructure funding.

As your member-owned water provider, Consolidated Water Supply Corporation wants to ensure our members are informed about the issues that may impact rural water systems like ours. Proposition 4 would direct existing state sales tax revenue—not new taxes—toward replacing aging waterlines, improving infrastructure, and developing new water sources such as desalination.

We encourage all members to learn about Proposition 4 and make your voice heard at the polls on Tuesday. You can learn more about Proposition 4 from the sources below:

  • Texas Water Development Board – Proposition 4 FAQ

  • KETK Interview with Rep. Cody Harris

Thank you for staying engaged and helping to shape the future of Texas water.

Sincerely,

Amber Stelly

HB 27 Support Needed in Senate

August 30, 2025

Other Senators need to hear from concerned East Texans. See Redtown Ranch Wellfield updates here. HB 27 passed with overwhelming bipartisan statewide support in the House, but has stalled in the Senate. This bill halts export projects in the Neches and Trinity Valledys GCD until a comprehensive, state-led hydrologic investigation is completed in the area.

East Texas Senators are already solidly behind this bill. Now we need West and Central Texas Senators to hear loud and clear that Texans expect sustainable aquifer management, not short-term profiteering.

See the list of Senators here and respectfully request their support of HB 27.

What to Say When You Call
  • "I support HB 27 because it puts science and aquifer health ahead of short-term profiteering and the commoditization of drought."
  • "Texas needs lasting water security for rural comminities, large cities and future generations - not quick fixes that drain our aquifers dry."
  • “The House passed HB 27 with overwhelming bipartisan support. The Senate should follow their lead and put Texas' water security first."
